First came the studio, then came the retreats.
Medispace Home-Like Mindfulness Studio opened in the summer of 2023, just a 30-minute walk from the sea. We hold meditations, art sessions, workshops, and women's circles - and if there's a practice you're craving, just ask. We'll try to bring it to life creatively and intentionally.
This is a women-only space, open to women of every age and background. I believe women have a unique power to lift each other up, and that's exactly what we've built here - a place to share, learn, and grow together. A space to feel safe, heard and supported.
We bring that same energy beyond the studio, into our European Creative Summer Retreats.
